We are partnering with a high-growth, privately held organization to identify a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Leader to support its dynamic operational environment. This role will serve as a key advisor to leadership, driving people strategy, strengthening HR infrastructure, and ensuring compliance across a multi-site workforce.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in manufacturing or operational settings and a proven ability to balance strategic leadership with day-to-day execution. This individual will play a critical role in building scalable processes, supporting leaders, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Lead HR operations across a multi-site or plant-based environment
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce strategy and organizational design
- Strengthen compliance, policies, and employee relations practices
- Build and enhance performance management and talent development programs
- Drive process improvement and scalable HR infrastructure
Ideal Background:
- 7–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operational environments
- Strong employee relations and compliance expertise
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Proven track record supporting growth and change
