Home Bank of California is looking for a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our Business Banking team. This is a client-facing, growth-focused role where you'll take ownership of building strong business relationships, driving revenue, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

What You'll Do
- Drive new business development by building and expanding commercial banking relationships
- Identify, structure, and close opportunities across deposits, loans, and cash management solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal execution and ongoing relationship management
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience
- Build strong referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, business brokers, and community leaders
- Develop and execute strategic account and sales plans to achieve growth targets
- Analyze client financials and recommend tailored solutions that balance risk and return
- Monitor and manage existing relationships to ensure compliance, satisfaction, and retention
- Actively represent the bank in the local business community to enhance brand presence
- Leverage CRM and reporting tools to identify and convert new opportunities
What You Bring
- Proven success in business banking, commercial lending, or relationship management
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Ability to analyze financial data and structure client solutions

- Strong understanding of credit risk, pricing, and deal structuring
