Home Bank of California is looking for a high-performing Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our Business Banking team. This is a client-facing, growth-focused role where you'll take ownership of building strong business relationships, driving revenue, and delivering tailored financial solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business development by building and expanding commercial banking relationships
  • Identify, structure, and close opportunities across deposits, loans, and cash management solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal execution and ongoing relationship management
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience
  • Build strong referral networks with CPAs, attorneys, business brokers, and community leaders
  • Develop and execute strategic account and sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Analyze client financials and recommend tailored solutions that balance risk and return
  • Monitor and manage existing relationships to ensure compliance, satisfaction, and retention
  • Actively represent the bank in the local business community to enhance brand presence
  • Leverage CRM and reporting tools to identify and convert new opportunities


What You Bring

  • Proven success in business banking, commercial lending, or relationship management
