The Opportunity

As the Electrical Superintendent (Network Operations), you'll lead the day-to-day execution of network infrastructure construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.

Working closely with engineering teams, project managers, subcontractors, and field crews, you'll oversee the deployment of fiber-optic systems, structured cabling, wireless infrastructure, and data center connectivity to support advanced manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily field operations for network infrastructure construction projects
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee installation of fiber optic cabling, structured cabling systems, network racks, wireless access points, and related infrastructure
• Review construction drawings, project schedules, and scopes of work
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, project specifications, and quality standards
• Manage subcontractors, installation crews, and field supervisors
• Track project schedules, labor resources, material deliveries, and project milestones
• Conduct site walks, quality inspections, and progress meetings
• Verify infrastructure testing, including fiber certification, OTDR testing, copper certification, and commissioning
• Maintain accurate project documentation, testing records, and turnover packages
• Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading network infrastructure, low-voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, or electrical construction projects
• Strong leadership experience managing subcontractors and field teams
• Knowledge of fiber optic installation, structured cabling, and network infrastructure deployment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, network designs, and project schedules
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in active construction environments
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality execution
